Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Boltform (the “Service”), operated by Boltform (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• collect data without the required consent from your respondents;
• send spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful or deceptive content;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the forms you build and the responses you collect (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having a lawful basis to collect and process the data your forms gather.

4. Plans, billing & teams

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Team workspaces are a Business-plan feature and are billed through the team owner’s subscription; downgrading or canceling may reduce the features and limits available to a workspace. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (for example, authentication, payments, and outbound webhooks or delivery destinations you configure). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content in the ordinary course.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
