• Account information— your name, email, and authentication details, handled by our authentication provider.
• Form and response data— the forms you create and the responses your respondents submit. As the form creator, you are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Billing information— processed by our payment provider; we store subscription status and identifiers, not full card details.
• Usage & device data— log data, IP address, browser/user-agent, and basic analytics used to operate and secure the Service.
• Cookies— used for sign-in sessions and essential functionality.

2. How we use information

• to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• to process payments and manage subscriptions and team workspaces;
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• to communicate with you about your account and service updates.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service — for example authentication, payments, database hosting, and application hosting — and with the outbound destinations you configure (such as webhooks or delivery integrations), which receive the response data you direct to them. We retain account and form data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete forms and responses, and when a workspace or account is deleted we remove its data in the ordinary course, subject to legal or backup retention requirements.

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If you submitted a response to a form built with the Service, the form’s creator is the controller of that data — contact them directly, or reach us and we will help route your request.

7. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
